Madisonville Bramble Park Mural Process Video

The Cincinnati Recreation Commission worked with the Cincinnati Reds to create neighborhood activities during the 2015 All Star Game weekend. I’ve been working with the Madisonville Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation on public art projects — we thought this would be a great opportunity to create a neighbor-made mural showing off our neighborhood pride!

Article: Diner celebrates fallen Officer Sonny Kim with menu item

From Local12.com: He left a lasting impression; that’s been evident since Cincinnati police Officer Sonny Kim was gunned down in the line of duty earlier in 2015. Since then the community has rallied behind his family in a big way. Madison Diner at Madison Bowl was busy with customers Wednesday night, Oct. 7. Recently a new item had been added to the menu called “Sonny’s Breakfast.” Larry Misleh owns the diner and was friends with the Cincinnati police officer who was shot and killed in June.
